Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

 

Domestic shipping is $4.50. All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent you your email. 

Once your package leaves our hands, shipping takes 2-4 business days. Please email shopsunstruck@gmail.com with any questions. Our team will reply to you within 24 hours. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we do!​

International shipping rate is $14.50.

Free International Shipping on orders over $100.

International packages typically arrive within 7-21 business days of shipment. In some cases, international delivery may take up to 30 days. 

Once your package has left the USA, we are not responsible for any extra fees that may apply. Please research your country if they charge extra customs fees or any other fees. Thank you! 

If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping status, tracking information, or general whereabouts of your package please email shopsunstruck@gmail.com with your order number.

 

How can I track my Package/s?

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

 

What if I put in my wrong address?

 

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. Please email shopsunstruck@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. 

 

What if my package is lost?

 

Sunstruck is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

 

What if my package was returned to the sender? 

 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be sent again.

Return & Exchange Policy

At the moment, Sunstruck is only accepting exchanges. We are happy to make an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in the original package and in original condition. Sunstruck does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. All shipping and handling costs are covered by the customer. If you are not satisfied with your order please email shopsunstruck@gmail.com. Our service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
